Attitude - Mount Pulai

During a family trip to Malaysia, my mother and brother attempted Mount Pulai which is a small peak at 654m. It was supposed to be a simple climb, but two heavy downpours made this an arduous one.

Despite being drenched in rain, the little cub scout pushed on and we eventually arrived at the summit of Pulai. The fog cascaded down the slopes, the warmth of the sun shone on the mountain. In the harshest conditions, a young cub scout was able to stay positive and motivate himself to complete the challenge.

Yes, the mountain may throw its elements at you, but if you prove that you are worthy enough, the mountain will reward you with the views it offers at its summit.
